Not quite Delicious....maybe just ok?

Not quite sure if I'm grasping the whole Delicious thing. hrm. I understand what it does, but I don't know if I have the vision to see the usefulness of it. I'm somewhat 'old school' and do frequently use bookmarked sites, so yes, I suppose it would be nice to sort of have them all in one place and organized that you could access from anywhere. I grasp the whole 'tagging' thing, after all, I've been doing that for years with other blogs/online journals. So I suppose it is nice to have a refresher on the whole process and how it builds and how it works with others and such. Interesting concepts that my mind has been opened too. Must play around with it a bit more to grasp it in its entirety.

Rollyo...

Played around with the Rollyo site. Pretty cool. I can see the useful benefits of it. I'm such a diehard Pop Culture fan, so I tossed a few of my favorite sites in there to search together. Cool. It would be nice to create a huge one with great sites for homework help. Maybe one for good history sites and another for good literature criticisms and such. That would come in handy. (I'm sure if I played around long enough, I'd discover that someone probably already has a good one made for that. heh.)

Anyway, here's my little Pop Culture one...give it a try, toss in your fave celebrity name and see what comes up!

Library Thing

Library Thing is pretty neat, but couldn't they have come up with a better name for it? seriously? seriously. (to quote "Grey's Anatomy"). Seriously. I love the concept and ease of use. Very nice and user friendly. Always a good thing. I tossed the current five books I'm reading/perusing into my library with little effort. I love that the covers are so nice and visible.

Here's my Library Thing!

Having a lot of fun with the image generators. Found this one that is particularly cute.

Penguin Message (be sure to have the sound on!) He's just the cutest little thing.

Here's a link to my message...hope it works!
